Q: Will you come to my home to repair my system?

A: No problem. We will come to you if you cannot bring the system to us. We can also pick up your system and perform the repairs in our shop. There will be an additional fee for outside services.

Q: Something is seriously wrong with my computer. Wouldn't it just be cheaper to buy a new one?

A: Not at all. In fact, the majority of repairs that we do will never exceed $100 unless parts are required.

Q: I need some work done that you guys don't offer. Do you know someone that can do it?

A: I have been performing work in the technology field for nearly 10 years and know someone for just about every task. It never hurts to ask. Your questions are welcome.

Q: My computer is fixed but I don't have the money right now. How long will you wait.

A: Because we don't have the extra space to store computers, we can only wait 15 days after the repairs are complete after which the customer must pick up the computer. After 15 days the computer will be sold to cover the repair cost.

Q: I was always told that you get what you pay for. How are you able to repair my computer so cheap?

A: You will get more than you pay for when you rely on us for your computer service. We are able to do the repairs for less because of very low overhead and small facility. We have only the space that we need for repairs.
